Religious tourism, also commonly referred to as faith tourism, is a type of tourism, where people travel individually or in groups for pilgrimage, missionary, or leisure (fellowship) purposes.
The Greek Orthodox religion is "alive", said the Greeks meaning something like the faith and the religion is all around the people almost everywhere. You can find any type of monastrery in main Greece and everywhere in the islands. You can step the way of St. Paul, or, you can visit Meteora, or, mοuntain Athos the "Garden of Mother Mary" as the monks call it. The choices, really, are unlimited.
